How to get to Newsela: go the main Cobb County home web page https://www.cobbk12.org/. #1 click on parents and students. #2 click on Resources. #3 click on digital resources. #4 Click on Cobb Digital Library. #5 Click on the mackenvia link in the body paragraph. #6 Search Newsela. #7 select Newsela on pc; if on a phone, it will show up after you deselect the search window (click on the white part of the screen).

2. Click on My Classes (left hand side of the screen)
3. Click on your class (center box)
4. Click on My Class Resources
5. Use drop down menu called the Digital Resources. Click on your textbook.
6. Use the menu on the right side of the screen and click on "Full Book".

Unit 2 (1450-1750) Times of Change and Exploration = Chapters 14, 16-21.
Unit 3 (1750-1900) Absolutism to Revolutions = Chapters 22-27.
Unit 4 (1900-present) 1900 to Present = Chapters 28-33.
